Lee spent a frustrating couple of hours yesterday evening working to integrate slideshows into prior blog posts, amalgamating sets of individual images into film-like series fading into and out of view.
He returned to the task again today and managed to figure out almost everything -- except that whenever he introduced a new slideshow into a blog entry, all the ones loaded into prior posts simply disappeared altogether! Interestingly, however, each slideshow DID appear if the post was loaded, one at a time, from the ARCHIVE listing in the right column.
So, in future blog posts, either you will see that a solution to this bizarre behavior was finally discovered and all the inserted slideshows appear in place as they should for your viewing pleasure OR a note will have been inserted sending visitors to the ARCHIVE listing to click on individual posts if interested in viewing all the images incorporated in each and every blog posting.
Tonight's task is to work up a slideshow from scratch and inserted it into a blog entry instead of editing earlier postings, pulling together individual images into a single series, as has been attempted (with limited success) to date.
